During your first visit, one of our radiation oncologists will review your medical history and perform a physical examination to:

1. Determine the extent of the disease.

2. Explain the benefits of radiation therapy in the management of your cancer in conjunction with other medical specialists.

We will then work with your referring physician and a team of cancer specialists to create your specific course of treatment, discuss alternatives and explain potential side effects or complications you may experience as a result of your radiation therapy.

In addition, you won’t have to travel far from home because we provide radiation therapy services at seven convenient Florida Hospital locations, including Altamonte, East Orlando, Orlando, Orange City, Deland, Ormond and Waterman.
