From managing files and films to putting you in touch with the latest clinical trials and physician experts, our Cancer Care Coordinators are available free of charge to help you through the process.
Each coordinator provides services tailored to your individual needs, including:
- Comprehensive nursing assessment and support
- Rapid scheduling of all appointments and consultations
- Assistance with coordination of providers and procedures
- Symptom management
- Ongoing education and disease information
- Assistance with second opinions
- Access to the FHCI's clinical trials
Your
personal Care Coordinator will help you navigate a full spectrum
of services from accessing the latest medical research to psychological
and nutritional counseling. Whether it's assisting with insurance
issues or just a heart-to-heart talk about issues affecting your
treatment, our Care Coordinator is your advocate for quality care.
And you don't need a referral to see a Care Coordinator. Any time after diagnosis, you may contact us. All calls are free and confidential, and no insurance authorization is required.
