The Florida Hospital Cancer Institute (FHCI) works in harmony with the Florida Hospital Digestive Health Center to provide a multidisciplinary approach to give you the best digestive health care. Florida Hospital Cancer Institute treats more newly diagnosed cancer patients than any other healthcare system in Florida and has a team of the country's leading medical and radiation oncologists to treat digestive-related cancers including colorectal, esophageal, abdominal, liver and pancreatic cancer.

Multidisciplinary Team Approach to Care

At the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute, we are driven to make a difference in every life we touch. From access to the most advanced technologies and therapies available to a team of more than 200 of the most respected and skilled cancer physicians in the region, the FHCI is dedicated to providing you with superior care, from early detection to current clinical trials that one day may hold the key to neutralizing or even curing gastrointestinal cancers.

We know that gastrointestinal cancer patients often need a combination of therapies - from surgery to radiation to chemotherapy in order to combat this disease. That is why we've formed a Gastrointestinal Cancer Team comprised of the country's leading experts in the field to provide a multidisciplinary approach for diagnosis and treatment. This team meets regularly and works closely together to manage each patient's individual case.

What's more, we have made it extremely convenient for you to have ready access to this team of experts. A single call to our Cancer Care Coordinators is all it takes. They are your single point of contact for everything you need, from scheduling appointments with our specialists to providing access to clinical trials and second opinion referrals.
