Findings from clinical research conducted at Florida Hospital Cancer Institute (FHCI) were presented during a special poster session where attendees had time to converse with presenters and learn about their projects. Oncologists from every continent were interested in novel findings regarding the risk of aortic lymph node metastasis relative to the size of sentinel lymph node metastasis in patients with endometrial cancer.
Gynecologic Oncology Group data regarding treatment of recurrent endometrial cancer using an experimental compound was presented. Dr James Kendrick represented FHCI as a principal investigator and a co-author with the protocol.
