Dr. Eric R. Trumble, MD is Director of Congenital Neurosurgery at the Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children, the first position of its kind in a United States hospital, and is double-board certified in adult and pediatric neurosurgery. He and the physicians at Neurosurgeons for Kids provide comprehensive neurosurgery care, including skull/craniofacial anomalies, neuro- oncology, epilepsy, vascular malformations and congenital brain and spine malformations. It is the only practice in Central Florida that offers stereotactic radiosurgery (Gamma Knife), full- time interventional neuroradiology coverage and emergency frameless stereotactic neurosurgery. Dr. Trumble and the medical team also offer multidisciplinary care through our craniofacial, plagiocephaly, neuro- oncology and neurofibromatosis clinics. Dr. Trumble earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia Medical Center. He went on on to complete his medical residency at Medical College of Virgina and his fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
